Abstract :
With the increase of China´s economic and overall national strength, more and more large-scale crowd´s activities will be held in China. Due to the huge visitor flows, long queues and congestion often appear which may lead to trample accidents, and affect life safety of visitors. To solve these problems, this paper introduces the structure and function of a personalized intelligent guidance system for large-scale crowd´s activities. Meanwhile, this research makes an integrated application of theories of management science, operations research and computer science and takes into account visitors´ preference, visitor flows and path travel time. We propose whole route and single-step successive coordination control methods, which can provide decision-making support for the system.
