Abstract

The Minerva 2.0 strategy was drawn up by the Government of Slovakia´s Plenipotentiary for Knowledge Economy in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Science and Sport and The Ministry of Economy. The goal of the strategy is to support the development of knowledge economy in Slovakia through 26 concrete and specific measures in three main areas - Development of Human Resources, Systematic support of Scientific and Innovative Research and the Reform of the Institutional and Legal Frameworks. The policies of the Minerva strategy will be implemented through close collaboration of the Government, educational and research establishment and business.
