Abstract :
Under continuous economic stagnation in recent years, market needs tend to change “ownership” to “usage”. In such environment, many IT companies try to produce a new value-added service business through their own products and enter a new field of business. They are able to take on another suggestion from KIKI model which is a value co-creation methodology and is proposed by JAIST. If this model is applied to information business, KIKI model organizes useful knowledge for designing information systems from a viewpoint of service and business. However, the most important point is not to use the suggestion from each viewpoint of KIKI model but to manage the model holistically. To do that, the method is required to correspond service issues with business issues for new business plan and obviate the breakdown in balance between customer value and business value. In this paper, we propose SerBizCLD which helps us grasp a causality of service issue and business issue holistically, and evaluate a balance of them.
