  • Abstract
The supply chain cluster evolution will follow the innovation model and the innovation energy level jump. To reduce further the environmental governing cost in the low innovation phase cluster, managers must seek the energy level jump earlier; within a competing cluster, avoid the hazardous nature of pure competition which affects the innovation output, and, at the same time, within a cooperation innovation cluster they should look carefully for the cooperation innovation mechanism. They should fully grasp the coordination advantage and prioritize the finding of the mechanism for innovations in long-term co-operation. This paper aims to examine the impact of product innovation and energy level jumps on clean trajectories developed on the basis of practices in China. Finally, a case study demonstrates our conclusions.
