This article take Heilongjiang Province as example, explore some problems of financial services in China underdevelopment rural areas under the perspective of the global financial crisis, and put forward some solutions, in order to activate the rural financial market adapt to a package of economic stimulus plans made by government, provide better financial support service, and provide stronger financial support for building new socialist countryside, promote all kinds of social programs to develop in a healthy and orderly way.
