Abstract
The work contains several linear matrix inequality (LMI) formulations for various control design problems posed for discrete-time nonlinear systems given in state-space form. These formulations include important state feedback control design problems such as stabilization, placing a bound on the L2-L2 gain, a bound on the L2-L∞ gain, and rendering the system dissipative. Each problem is formulated using LMIs that need to be solved at each time step of the control horizon
