Abstract :
Transmission characteristics of meander antennas, which were fabricated on a silicon substrate, were investigated for wireless signal transmission. Meander antennas with different pitch length, number of turns, and antenna width were fabricated. The effects of length, pitch, width and the number of turns in the radiation efficiency and transmission characteristics were characterized.
