Abstract :
The Uniform Asymptotic Theory (UAT) of diffraction has been applied to arrive at expressions valid at both near as well as far field E -plane patterns of a pyramidal horn. The theoretically computed results agree very well with the experimental results and better than that reported by earlier authors (1) in the far side lobe and back lobe region.
