Abstract
In this paper, an adaptive genetic algorithm whose operators are sensitive to the state of the problem, has been introduced and applied for designing Jaumann absorbers. The Jaumann absorbers have appropriate characteristics, considering our specified conditions. The optimization algorithm was used to reduce the reflection coefficient and the thickness of the dielectrics. An error analysis has also been performed on this design, which shows its reliability for fabrication.
