Abstract
This paper introduces a simple and small short-wave broadband antenna. The input VSWR (relative to 50 /spl Omega/ transmission line) of the antenna is less than 2.5 in the full band of short-wave 3-30 MHz frequency range. The analysis and design of the antenna and the characteristics containing the measured input VSWR and the radiation patterns calculated by the method of moments (MoM) are given.
