Abstract
The European Norm, EN55022 is based upon CISPR Publication 22. The standard is based upon a technical rationale considering receiver density and immunity, propagation constants, ITE emission characteristics and ITE testing protocols. CISPR SC/G is now developing amendments for changes in scope, applicability, equipment classification, criteria for test sites and the development of more precise test methods to improve reproduceability, characterisation of test sites and conducted emission requirements for signal ports of ITE which connect to public and local area networks
