  • Abstract
    In the view of the use and characteristics of the capillary rheometer, we give a design for a new capillary rheometer based on AVR single chip processor. This paper describes the details of hardware and software design including Atmega128L chip, LCD module, temperature measurement module, temperature control module, the displacement sensor, serial communication module and the PC real-time display and data processing modules and other components. Experimental results show that the designed capillary rheometer is stable, reliable, high accuracy and easy to use.
