Abstract :
A formula is provided for calculating the phase track and the Doppler frequency shift based on the measured frequency-height diagram. As an example, the Doppler effect for a 10 MHz standard electronic wave in the Xi´an-Dalian link at sunrise was calculated and analyzed.
