  • Abstract
    In this paper, microwave-induced thermo-acoustic tomography (MITAT) is discussed. In addition, the time reversal mirror (TRM) technique based on pseudo-spectrum time domain (PSTD) applied to the MITAT system in this paper is the first time to be reported. Higher resolution can be expected through improving the bandwidth of the prototype MITAT measurement system and enlarging the solid angle of the observation, for example, using a circle scan system instead of the 1D linear scanning way.
