  • Abstract
    The high order CRLH bandpass filter is proposed using the first negative resonant mode. The design equation is derived to design the high order CRLH filter. The resonators of proposed filter are implemented by two unit-cells of mushroom structure supporting the first negative resonant mode of CRLH TL. The size of CRLH filter is reduced by 41% compared with that of conventional RH filter. The measured results show good agreements with simulated results.
