Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to design and manufacture equipment for inspecting micro parts automatically. It can detect both sides of the part and complete turning and screening operations in the pipeline automatically. The Parametric models of the turn-over mechanism and screening mechanism are established by ADAMS in this paper, then the design variables of the models are studied to find out the optimal design parameters. The results are significant to the structural design and the use of the equipment. The optimization results show that the part´s diameter is from 8 to 14mmand thickness is from 0.8 to 1.5mm, the inspection speed should be controlled below 300/min.
