Abstract
The author focuses on three areas: (1) the role of hypertext in providing designers and engineers and those working with formalisms with a presentation format and distribution medium which is more flexible and interactive than those currently available; (2) hypertext as a tool for general management; and (3) hypertext as a model of how information in small chunks can be assembled, deployed, marketed and accounted for on a network
