Abstract
A numerical approach based on PO-based synthetic functions has been proposed, which differs from methods already presented [3][4] because of the selection process of the generating (both homogeneous and inhomogenous) plane waves. The latter is based on the sampling theorem applied to the spectrum of the solution. No SVD is required to select the independent basis functions. When applied to more complex faceted structure, the method is a natural complement to that applied in [2].
