Abstract :
This paper identifies the strategic requirements of small and medium sized enterprises and specifies a methodology that will assist manufacturing management in making strategic choices between alternative remedies, prioritising the implementation path of these remedies within a manufacturing strategy and most importantly, ensuring that the manufacturing strategy is fully in line with the competitive needs of the company
