  • Abstract
The world wide web and its continuous growth remains among the trending topics in daily conversations. Social networks are a convenient way for people to share information and communicate with one another whether it is for the purpose of exchanging information or seeking social interaction from colleagues or coworkers. It seems that many online users are turning to social networking environments for basic information retrieval, rather than using what used to be known as the normal sources such as basic online encyclopedias or even the Google search engine. Question and answer forums, Face book, Twitter, and blog websites are becoming more populated with user´s giving and receiving information. One of the topics that we will discuss is the type of information that is exchanged on these networks. And this aspect becomes very important when we begin discussing the specifics of our algorithm. What we will develop in this paper is a reliable system that will recommend appropriate users to answer specific types of questions that can be successfully implemented throughout the entire social networking kingdom (social network of social networks).
