Abstract :
A knowledge-based system (called KBSEI), which adopts the basic architecture of blackboard systems is proposed for intelligent ECG interpretation. The architecture and functional descriptions of KBSEI are introduced. The frame inference engine used in KBSEI is discussed. Finally, descriptions of the system implementation, test results and a short conclusion are given
