Abstract
In this paper, the multi-band antenna is proposed by the novel planar D-CRLH TL. The D-CRLH TL consists of a defected ground structure (DGS) and stub with rectangular patch (SRP). DGS and SRP are very good unit-cell elements to provide the required series parallel LC resonance tank and a shunt series LC resonance tank of D- CRLH because they are perfectly planar type without via and can be easily fabricated by standard etching technique.
