Abstract :
In this paper we introduce concept of 64 element Planar Adaptive array for DSP implementation of standard Beam forming Algorithms for space borne Synthetic aperture RADAR processing. We emphasize on modes like Spotlight, Scan and Strip. The multiple beams formed from Adaptive Algorithms tend to cater Range and azimuth requirement i.e. two dimensional beam forming. We have written codes in Matlab for different SAR modes like Strip map, Scan and Spotlight. Real time DSP can increase cost of implementation of DBF Array. This paper narrates 64 elements ULA and 8 x 8 (64 element) element wire dipole antenna array. We have highlighted multi look and quick look processing here for space borne applications. We have dealt with Range cell migration by applying Cubic spline correction here.
