Abstract :
This paper proposes a modified interference signal suppression algorithm for beamspace adaptive array antenna when the SIR is low. Notably, the algorithm does not require the arrival angle of the desired signal. The proposed algorithm utilizes the two outputs of the eigenvector beamspace adaptive array (EBAA). The combined weights for the proposed algorithm have been properly obtained under the typical severe condition.
