Abstract :
The authors studied a dedicated simulation procedure when faced with the problem of comparing performances among different types of coding schemes to be employed in an HF radio link of known characteristics. They report on the main modelling and analysis techniques used to this end, and examine some of the results obtained. Sample results are given for a simulated 4-PSK system with BCH coding
