Abstract
Propagation measurements taken to determine the narrow band statistics of a mobile radio channel, with a low base station antenna height and line of sight between the base station and the mobile receiver, are described. The cumulative distribution of the received signal envelope as well as the power spectrum and level crossing rate and average duration of fades are presented. Results are given for experiments taken at 60 GHz (the oxygen absorption band) primarily, but a comparison with similar measurements at 40 GHz is also made
