  • Abstract
With the development of near space aircraft, the detection of near space target has become more and more urgent. Beginning with the infrared peculiarities of hypersonic targets and the background of detection, the problem of wave bands choice of land-based infrared detector for near space hypersonic targets is analyzed in this paper. The simulations of target-background contrast are accomplished for hypersonic targets with the temperature of 1000K, 3000K and 6000K. The result of simulation and analysis shows that the contrasts are high at wave bands of 2.85~4.15μm and 1~2.52μm, which are applicable for target detection. The contrast of 1~2.52μm increases with the raising of target temperature.
