Abstract :
To know about the factors which affect the SMEs´ cognition and acceptance of SaaS-based services information technology, the paper study the SMEs´ website technology of enterprises acceptance SaaS-based model, combining with technology acceptance and expectation disconfirmation theory. From the angle of network information service, it analyses external factors which affect the the SMEs´ website technology of enterprises acceptance SaaS-based model. It puts forward the SaaS-based services information technology acceptance model through classic technology acceptance model and use expectation-disconfirmation theory to supplement the classic technology acceptance model. At last the paper give some suggestion to the SaaS-based SMEs´ website construction service according to the situation of domestic SMEs´ website construction.
