Abstract :
A novel MIMO sounder, based on the use of parasitic elements has been presented. The sounder is low cost, and allows to produce a good estimate of the channel even in case of phaseless measurements. Preliminary numerical results using a simple phase retrieval algorithm are shown. The development of effective phase retrieval algorithms as well as of a prototype of the sounder are in progress.
