Abstract :
This paper describes driver and receiver one-port approximate models implemented in a linear circuit solver for system timing and coupled noise simulation. These models are much faster than detailed circuit models while still accounting for nonlinear behaviors such as voltage clamping in receivers and load-dependent output timing in drivers
