Establishment of system architecture of knowledge management in manufacturing enterprise

Entering 21^st century, China manufacturing enterprises faced with the opportunity of development and the huge challenge. With the coming of knowledge economy, more and more importance has been attached to knowledge management in manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, we discussed not only the actual state of China manufacturing enterprises and the framework of knowledge management of China manufacturing enterprises, but also how to implement knowledge management in China manufacturing enterprises. This paper also concludes the architecture of knowledge management system of research and development in manufacturing enterprise and a module of function.
