Abstract :
Multi platform, multi radar, multi air target tracking close to the coast is becoming increasingly complex because of: · The large number of data (radar plot) due to the environment and the number of sensors generate a combinatorial explosion of possible associations of plots for each track · The bias, errors positioning, sensors alignment, the data transmission delays between platforms, also strongly increase the possible number of false associations To manage the two constraints mentioned above, this paper introduces with a theoretical justification a new tracking filter based on graph theory using pairs of plots (GBPPT). The performances of this new tracking filter are illustrated on a real scenario in a difficult environment close to the coast.
