Knowledge Transfer in Equipment Acquisition Project

In order to prevent the knowledge lost and accumulate the experiences in the equipment acquisition project, knowledge transfer in equipment acquisition project is discussed. Then, the paper discusses knowledge transfer process, knowledge transfer model and five knowledge transfer methods of equipment acquisition project. To carry out equipment acquisition project knowledge transfer effectively, some countermeasures are given, such as defining equipment acquisition project knowledge demand, building up multiple knowledge transfer medium and cultivating trust-based project culture.
