Research of Matching Maturity between Organization and Information System

In order to address the problem of high failure rate of organization informationization, the matching of organization and information system were introduced as a benchmark of the efficiency of information system to improve the efficiency of information system. Organization and information system are regarded as organic beings in this paper, revealing its development and the law of evolution. In the framework of organization theory, through the organization and information system to quantify the matching maturity, with the idea of software capability maturity model to matching maturity of the organization and information system is divided into five levels. The matching maturity model can effectively used to sum up the characteristics of each level of matching and promote the coordinated development and optimization of information system and organizations.
