Description Method of Emergency Plan Base on Multiple Views Framework

In order to solve the problems of uniform description and evaluation of emergency plan, the description method is presented to provide description format for emergency plan based on multiple views framework. The framework includes four views including all view, business view, emergency support view, criterion view and their support products. Reference description method of products and develop process are provided to give guidance for emergency plan development. An example is provided to demonstrate research results. The method can improve description results so that different users can have a clear and common understanding of emergency plan to cooperate with emergency response, and description results can be validated and evaluated conveniently.
