Regulatory change and telecommunications market development: the case of Scotland

Examines the results of a series of studies undertaken in Scotland during 1990-91. These studies have been concerned with establishing both the broad range of policy issues which confront the provision of telecommunications in Scotland and the specific issues surrounding the interrelationships between telecommunications services delivery and the economic development of a specific locality.
