  • Abstract
    In this paper, Railway Passenger Transport Customer Relationship Management System (RPTCRMS) is proposed to address the issue of diversity of data sources and development platform differences in Railway Passenger Transport information systems. By analyzing the requirements of RPTCRMS, describing its function and introducing the benefits of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), the model of RPTCRMS is constructed based on the thought of SOA and can be divided into four layers: the data layer, business logic layer, service bus layer and presentation layer. The key technologies that can realize this model are discussed, and model implementation environment is chosen. This model can realize the integration of diverse data sources and has a certain ability to facilitate the decision-making departments to develop appropriate marketing strategies that can meet the individual needs of passengers.
