Abstract
In order to solve the restrain of Labor Division Theory caused by natural resources, environment has not been brought into line with economy research field even it has become a fundamental and significant factor to economy growth. Thus a new analysis framework of Resources Division is used in this paper. By verifying the scarce factor displacement in economy growth, this paper enquires into the validity of Labor Division Theory, and brings forward the Theory of Resources Division based on practice confirmation of natural resources realized insufficiently. Empirical results show that the Resources Division is a higher grade division mode and a transforming activity to traditional industry system, and it will realize endogenous evolution after the natural resources and environment factor have been taken into the economic system. This paper could enrich the research depth and width of economy growth theory and division theory. Based on theoretical analysis, this article emphasizes that China should realize economy growth while depending on circular economy development mode by government regulation so as to realize the sustainable development.
