  • Abstract
In order to make the technology of fault diagnosis used by other land user, the Web-based remote mechanical fault diagnosis system is constructed in this paper. In the system, the Web technologies are used in the SNA of enterprise intranet and the BP neutral network technology is introduced. The system gets more diagnosis experience by the huge mass of mechanical fault diagnosis data from the Internet, expert, on-the-spot diagnosis, and equipment manufacturer, so the diagnosis results would be more and more accurate. The system under Linux gets over the localization and insecurity caused by the unopened source-codes under the OS of windows. The scheme of ASP constructed by Linux, Apache, and iASP solves the compatible problem, and the scheme is practical, reliable, and legal. The operations of database is encapsulated in Java beans, which hides the complex operations and solves the problem of security. All the softwares in the system are almost free and opened, which reduces the costs of system research and makes the system easy to manage and maintain.
