Abstract

The Multidimensional properties of Complex Network have not yet received adequate attention. Based on the theory of Link-Dimensions, the concept of Multidimensional Complex Network is proposed, and a detailed explanation is given on the significance, characteristics, theoretical basis and analytical method of the Multidimensional Complex Network. A number of experiments with citing network samples were performed to verify the new method of evaluating the node importance on the basis of multidimensional decomposition. The results show that multidimensional decomposition is both rational and effective. Further research on Multidimensional Complex Network will be carried out in the field of weights and directions of connections.
