The study is about the coordinated development of agriculture information service and business circulation between the urban and the rural. The study shows that there are two agriculture information service indexes, length of postal routes and rural delivery routes and percentage of administrative village with posts, which don´t have obvious impact on business circulation between the urban and the rural. However, the other five agriculture information service indexes have greater impact on business circulation between the urban and the rural. They are agricultural websites´ number, number of computer per 100 households, number of color TV per 100 households, rural fixed telephone subscribers, percentage of administrative village with fixed telephone. The number of color TV per 100 households and agricultural websites have the greatest impact.
