Abstract
This paper takes a glance to the health problems of 21st century lifestyle and examines the attributes of Short Messages System to health promotion with reference to relevant innovative applications of SMS. This report is based upon a comprehensive cross-referenced internet literature search and review of both clinical studies and grey literature.
