Abstract :
Evidence for Difference Frequency Generation in Quantum Cascade Lasers with integrated nonlinearities is presented. Light at the difference frequency (¿ = 13.3¿m) is detected from a twowavelength (¿ = 5.3¿m and 8.8¿m) laser processed with a splitridge configuration.
