Abstract :
A 1 Megarad analog cell library has been developed for the X2000 space electronics program. Analog functions represented include two opamps, two comparators, a voltage reference, high voltage NMOS transistors constructed in a low-voltage SOI CMOS process, and a lateral bipolar transistor. Each was tested pre-rad and post-rad total dose, and the results are presented herein
