Abstract :
Results of biased and unbiased Co-60 irradiation to 50 krd (Si) of 14 bit ADCs AD9243 (Analog Devices), LTC1419 (Linear Technology) and 16-bit ADS-937 (DATEL) are presented. Supply currents, reference voltage, Signal-to-Noise-and-Distortion ratio (SINAD) and standard deviation were monitored
