  • Abstract
    Co-60 and heavy ion latch-up tests have been performed on Analog Devices AD9223 and Linear Technology LTC1415 12-bit ADCs. The results show that the AD9223 is susceptible to single-event latch-up but that both devices are otherwise suitable for use in the low dose space environment
