  • Abstract
    Both of Gaussian beam parameters and structural parameters of polariza tion int*rferometer (PI) are considered for designing the PI in MM and SMM wavelength region. Some calculated formulas are given. The calculated results were verified experimentally at the wavelength of 337 um.
