Abstract :
Foundation fieldbus (FF) is applied to the control system of high voltage electrostatic precipitator coal ash. FF technology is composed of intelligent sensor, computer and network technology. The theory of electrostatic precipitator and FF is explained. FF is compared with distributed control system(DCS). The whole model of the control system is probed. The design and the realization of the model are mainly discusses. The model is made up of four parts: host computer, interface card, fieldbus and field device. This technology can be well applied.
