Abstract :
The authors have incorporated group decision support systems (GDSS) technology under a marketing product development model to develop a process for the difficult problem of determining information system requirements. They describe the process called GRIP, for group requirement identification process. Application of the procedure is illustrated with work performed for the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services
