Abstract :
The CARM´s features of high efficiency and high ftNuency can be obtained with a low voltage electron beam by incoMorating a slow wave structure. A wave with /spl Beta//sub ph/ = 1 has been excited by a 100 keV electron beam generated by a Pierce/Wiggler gun.
